Entry qualification | Undergraduate diploma (or higher) Good results in State and Jurisprudence, Economics, Engineering Science, Natural Science, Political Science, Sociology and Social Science, Water Management & International Relations preferred. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English. An English-language certificate of student status from your university can be also issued. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. You must take the original entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university. |

Overview
The 3-semester MA program in International Water Governance and Water Diplomacy, starting in September 2025, offers up-to-date, practice-oriented education for practicing and future water managers, diplomats, national and international civil servants engaged in transboundary or global environmental issues.
Based on a blend of natural and social sciences, extensive field training and project-based team work, the program is aimed to enable students to master complex water policy challenges, decision making and conflict situations.
Duration: 3 semester-long full-time degree program (90 ECTS).

Career opportunities
The aim of the 3-semester training is to produce Hungarian and foreign experts who,
with the knowledge they have acquired, are able to carry out international tasks in international, EU and national water management organisations.
